  • Dr. Wayne Bagnell

    Dr. B is the founder and owner of Bagnell Veterinary Hospital practicing for over 45 years. He loves his BVH family clients. Off the books he is spending time outdoors, walking, fishing and training his new pup Tally. 

    Costa Rica is a favourite destination when time allows ? enjoying that unspoiled nature.

  • Shelley Brouwer, RVT

    Shelley is our Office Manager and Registered Vet Tech.  When she is not providing love and care for the BVH patients she is enjoying some activity outside. 

  • Lindsey

    Lindsey graduated from Seneca College and is our full-time Veterinary Technician. In her "spare time", Lindsey enjoys time with her family, friends and dogs Diesel, Harley and Molly. 

  • Susan

    Susan our full time client services representative will greet you with her lovely Welsh accent.  Susan's passion is everything feline.  Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and feline fur babies Charlie & Cindy.   

  • Debby

    Debby is our part time client services representative - she was enjoying retirement and came to help out a few years ago ... she's still here!
    Deb enjoys time with her husband Peter... when he's not out trucking. Fur baby Briar accompanies his mom on her work days and entertains us all.

  • Kristy

    Kristy is our part-time Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) and has worked at BVH since 2013. In her spare time Kristy enjoys strength training, enjoying the outdoors (when the weather is warmer), and spending time with her husband Justin and daughter Gabriella. She has two pets – Luna the dilute Tortie and Winnie the Shar-pei mix.

  • Melissa

    Melissa is our part time Veterinary Assistant. She has her BSc in Wildlife Biology. Melissa loves anything outdoors and spending time with her husband Mike son, Noah, wonder dog Nova and kitty cat Baloo.

  • Tally

    Our newest addition "Tally".  
    Being a Wirehaired Pointing Griffon young Tally prefers to be out in wide open spaces - however - she also enjoys spending a couple of days a week with her BVH family entertaining us with her squeaky sticks, squeaky balls and overall cuteness.
